Our prices are exclusive of shipping charges. We request our esteemed customers to estimate the shipping charges at actual before placing the order. We process all valid orders, provided your delivery location is indicated appropriately with complete details. We will not ship to any post box address.
We generally ship all the orders via Indian Government Registered Speed Post Services.
The shipping charge is based on the volumetric gross weight of the product that includes handling and packing charges. Charges will be computed depending on the following factors:
• Charges indicated in the weight slab & the zone ( within India ) or destination country (for overseas dispatches)
• Based on actual gross weight (including packing materials)

In general, we dispatch all items within 3 business days (exclude public holidays, local holidays and business holidays). Order which are dispatched via Indian Postal Service which may take 7 -10 days for delivery depending on the location, public and local holidays, within India and 20 -25 days international.
We take all measurable steps to send your orders free from any defects or damage. However, in the unlikely event that you may receive defective products, we offer a return policy, subject to the following terms & conditions:
• You may return most new, unopened items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.
When will you get your refund for returned materials?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). It depends on internal process.
Note: Refunds will be only for the cost of the product ordered / purchased(s) (packing and shipment charges are not refundable).
How to process a Return?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If you wish to return & exchange for same order value, please indicate over an email/phone, in addition to making a fresh order for the purchase. We will calculate the net amount due/payable to you, based on the fresh order value versus the value of returned materials.
Saiprakashna believes in satisfying its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy under following terms and conditions:
• Cancellations request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and a full refund is made if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained for orders that have been processed for dispatch.
• Cancellations are NOT entertained for those products obtained under special category or discounted rates or special promotion or as free offer of any kind.
• Saiprakashna reserves the right to cancel the order due to management decision or any other uncontrolled situations.

If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is missing, please contact us with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
